Returns and Refunds Policy
At Aria Agency, we offer two types of digital business cards:
Standard Business Card: Created by the customer using our platform.
Customized Business Card: Fully designed and developed by the Aria Agency team based on customer-provided content.
Please review the applicable policy based on the type of product you have ordered.
1. Standard Business Card
Trial Period: You are entitled to a 5-day free trial starting from the date of activation. During this period, you may explore and use the features of the standard digital card.
Cancellation: You can cancel your standard card within the trial period without being charged.
Post-Trial: If you do not cancel within the 5-day trial, your subscription will be charged based on the selected plan. Once the payment is processed, no refund will be issued, as the services become immediately accessible.
2. Customized Business Card
Upfront Payment: A 100% payment is required upfront to begin the design and production process.
Non-Refundable: Due to the personalized nature of the customized card (including design, layout, personal data, images, and branding), no refund will be issued once the design process has started, unless there is a proven error or issue on our part.
Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate information and assets (photo, logo, contact info) before the design starts. Errors due to incorrect or incomplete data provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
Corrections & Revisions
If there is a technical issue or design error caused by Aria Agency, we will make the necessary corrections at no additional cost. Please report the issue within 3 business days of delivery to info@ariadigit.com with a clear explanation and screenshot if applicable.
